AV System Design
The design team provides the foundation from which all of our AV systems are created. Each project is approached using application-specific solutions tailored to the client's needs. Our
design team includes engineers, draftspersons, account managers, and other staff professionals with many years of industry experience.

Project Management
Our project management team is aware of emerging technologies and best practices. We prioritize tasks while following a detailed roadmap to meet the larger goals. We thrive on building relationships, and ensure that everyone is moving in the same direction.
Ei3’s Project Manager will act as a single point of contact for scheduling, coordination, change control, escalation, and implementation issues. Working with the client, the Project Manager will do the following:
- Conduct a project kick-off meeting to review objectives and scope, and confirm the client's requirements
- Develop and maintain a project schedule
- Coordinate equipment delivery of the necessary hardware and software
- Participate in all escalations and meetings, acting as the Ei3 representative for project implementation issues
- Work with other trades/subcontractors
- Provide change management oversight if required
Programming
Ei3 will customize manufacturer software using Crestron and Extron Control systems. The programming will be unique to each design with a focus on our applications' architecture and scalability. We have customized, deployed, and supported commercial programming for all types of AV control and integration applications.
We understand the importance of providing a full range of programming services, which is why we offer DSP programming for Biamp, Crestron, Extron, ClearOne, Polycom and QSC.
We believe in continuing education, and our team holds multiple levels of certifications in control system programming and DSP configuration/programming.
